International delivery giant DPD is our latest tenant.

DPD has taken a brand new spec built 38,000 sq ft warehouse.

Outdoor lifestyle clothing brand Fat Face has taken 80,000 sq ft of bespoke office and distribution space with a 40,000 sq ft expansion option.

VW Breeze Motor Group has taken a custom built 13,000 sq ft facility including van servicing and office space.

Dunsbury Park is served by a link road designed and constructed by landowners Portsmouth City Council specifically to open up the site.

All 45 acres have been levelled and are served by high voltage power supply in excess of 9MVA, high speed broadband, mains water and gas and drainage capacity for a one in 100 year storm.
