VW Breeze Motor Group is our latest tenant.

Breeze is taking a new bespoke 12,810 sq ft facility including van servicing and office space and will start trading by the end of 2018.

Another new 37,976 sq ft spec-build warehouse will be available in March 2019.

Outdoor lifestyle clothing brand Fat Face has taken 80,000 sq ft of office and distribution space with a 40,000 sq ft expansion option.

Dunsbury Park is served by a link road designed and constructed by landowners Portsmouth City Council specifically to open up the site.

All 45-acres have been levelled and are served by high voltage power supply in excess of 9MVA, high speed broadband, mains water and gas and drainage capacity for a one in 100 year storm.
